Orlagh was a successful recipient of an Arts Council of Ireland Agility Award (Round 2, 2022). 2023 has seen Orlagh complete her current script The Secret Tree. This is an Experimental Poetry Film that centres round female sexual trauma. Thanks to the Agility Award, Orlagh had the opportunity to work with poet Anne Walsh Donnelly in shaping this project over a 6 month period. Orlagh has worked with Designer Catherine Gannon on this project. Orlagh aims to work with Musician Patrick Dexter on the project. Mayo Rape Crisis Centre have endorsed the making of this film. Orlagh’s aim to is make this Experimental Poetry Film in Spring/Summer 2024. Orlagh is currently applying for funding to make this piece.
