Orlagh was a successful recipient of an Arts Council of Ireland Agility Award (Round 2, 2022). 2023 has seen Orlagh complete her current script The Secret Tree. This is an Experimental Poetry Film that centres round female sexual trauma. Thanks to the Agility Award, Orlagh had the opportunity to work with poet Anne Walsh Donnelly in shaping this project over a 6 month period. Orlagh has worked with Designer Catherine Gannon on this project. Orlagh aims to work with Musician Patrick Dexter on the project. Orlagh has worked closely with Mayo Rape Crisis Centre on this project.

Heverin received funding from Creative Mayo Communities Grant Scheme 2024 to work with Mayo Rape Crisis Centre. The funding afforded Heverin the opportunity to work with Artist Catherine Gannon in a collaborative way. The project culminated with a profound creative workshop with clients of Mayo Rape Crisis Centre.

Heverin received funding from Mayo County Council Arts Service’s Mayo Artist Bursary 2024 to hone her directing skills and workshop with 2 actors. Heverin aims to bring these learnings into her Poetry Film - The Secret Tree.

Orlagh’s aim is to make this Experimental Poetry Film subject to securing funding.
